If you have any concerns about a m23 product, a missing or damaged order, or your experience, we warmly invite you to contact us.
You can send us an email any time or reach out through the “Contact Us” page. In order to provide quick support, please share your order confirmation number, if available. We do get busy from time to time, but we always strive to get back to you within 2 business days.
When to Expect Your order
Please allow 1-2 business days for processing of your online order. Once your order is shipped, tracking information will be emailed to the email address you provided us at checkout.
Please note: During peak holiday times, we may need an extra business day to send your tracking information and to ship your order.
Our Return Policy
Products can be returned within 14 days after purchase without any need to give reason for the return.
If possible, please return products in their original packaging, along with your order information – found on either your original online receipt or the invoice that arrived with your package.
If your m23 product is defective or was damaged during shipment, please accept our apologies. We are happy to issue a refund upon receipt of the returned item with a credit made to your original method of payment.
Please note: m23 offers complimentary standard shipping on all orders. Thus, we do not refund return shipping fees.
How to Return an Order.
Please use the original packaging, if possible.
Kindly include the return form and item(s) to be returned in a sealed package. We recommend using protective packing materials to minimize any damage to the product(s). Please remove any other labels from the package.

When You Can Expect to Receive a Refund.
Processing time for returns is usually 7-14 business days from the time we have received the returned package.
Upon receipt of your return shipment, we will send you an email confirmation to let you know that we have received your package and are processing your refund.
We are happy to refund the purchase price for the item(s) – plus any taxes paid, less any discounts, rebates, credits or refunds already provided in connection with the purchase. The original shipping and handling charges, if any, cannot be refunded.
